Our Intervention
We contact you to help you define the profile you are looking for,
Our algorithm helps select and filter precisely the best candidates (we can even make them pass tests)
We validate the application with the candidate
We send you anonymously CVs
Step 3
You can sign a contract to look for an employee (and pay in 3 parts)
Sign an automated recruitment contract and pay in 3 parts:
• 40% when signing the contract
• If the candidate doesn't finish his trial period you only pay one part
Step 4
You can sign a contract to look for a consultant for a specific project
Sign an automated recruitment contract and pay a rate per day fot the duration of the contract.
